I am Laura Virabyan, a certified Human Resources Management (HRM) Expert, Certified Management Consultant (CMC, ISO 20700), and Founder of Actual Business Partner.


Six years ago, I made a decisive career move, leaving a successful executive role in a reputable organization and stepping away from teaching at leading institutions. I chose to dedicate my full energy to building a company with a clear mission: to transform how businesses approach Human Resource Management. At that time, HR outsourcing was still relatively uncommon in the Armenian market. Despite the challenges, I remained committed to introducing a modern, effective HR approach that integrates strategy, structure, and real business impact. Today, we work with startups, SMEs, and large organizations, both locally and internationally delivering tailored HR solutions through Actual Business Partner, based on a proprietary and results-driven model.
